FIRE
A soul,
Baked in flames,
Burning in the voice of many,
Into the mist,
That which lies beneath the skies.
Ashes latter the heavens,
With dark falling stars,
Raining uncertainties.
I see distortion.
Keep carefully watch
Over what’s left of my soul.
As the sky is pervaded with fire and
sooty vapour.
Keep carefully watch over my memory.
Let my words linger with the heat.
Let my burns be a sign,
To those of my ostentatious courage.
Let my screams awaken you,
From your slumber.
Let them haunt you, at least.
To run east,
Or anywhere your heart leads.
The mountains quake with hot magma.
The forest, with the tears.
The silent roar of flames.
Run at least.
But if we’d die now,
Let’s all char together.
Raise our glass, sky high,
Tears in our eyes,
For the fire to scorch.
What’s left of our hearts,
Soaked in smokes,
As they flutter over ashes.
Let’s cachinnate in terror,
As the earth swallows our fears.
What’s left of us,
Be left in peace, and flames….
